This popular one bedroom cottage is the original Gardener's Cottage, set in the grounds of Christopher's Farmhouse, approximately 1 mile from the sea at Budleigh Salterton. This period 'upside down' cottage is designed to make the most of the delightful countryside views towards the River Otter.

On the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom with king size bed and luxury bathroom. Upstairs the open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room has lovely views and creates the ideal environment to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. This cottage has a dramatic private garden with outside table and chairs, along with further shared gardens and barbeque area. There is off-road parking for one car.
East Budleigh is approximately 1½ miles from the sea at Budleigh Salterton – a pretty, unspoilt pebble beach whilst the sandy beach of Exmouth is approximately 10 mins drive. Easy access to countryside and coastal walks.
