This traditional 16th century thatched farmhouse is set in 2 acres of grounds in the pretty village of East Budleigh. This imposing property is ideal for families and groups and is located 1 mile from the sea at Budleigh Salterton.
Upstairs luxury accommodation is provided in a master double bedroom with impressive four poster bed and en-suite shower room. There are two further twin bedrooms and a family bathroom with slipper bath and separate shower. Downstairs there is a spacious sitting room with traditional stone fireplace, separate dining room to seat up to 12 and a large, well equipped farmhouse kitchen. The property also has the benefit of an additional downstairs shower room. Christopher's Farmhouse has a lovely private garden and additional extensive shared gardens with barbeque area. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Christopher's Farmhouse and The Tannery can be rented together to accommodate 8 or in conjunction with Gardener’s Cottage and The Linhay to accommodate 14.
East Budleigh is approximately 1 ½ miles from the sea at Budleigh Salterton – a pretty, unspoilt pebble beach whilst the sandy beach of Exmouth is approximately 10 mins drive. Easy access to countryside and coastal walks.
